Want some time alone...still cozy for 2 with views of the ocean and a privacy fenced back yard!  Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished home located 3 miles North of St. Rd. 40 (Granada Ave.) on A1A. You can SEE the ocean from the living room!

The house is 3 houses from the beach which is easily accessible by the ramp across A1A (beach road).  Spend the day at the ocean or at many of the area events and come home to a relaxing environment, watching TV, playing games with your family or even cooking dinner in the equipped kitchen. 

3 bedrooms -- 2 baths -- 1 car garage

One bedroom has a queen size bed, two bedrooms each have two twin size beds. A pull out couch is in the living room as well as a full size futon in the Florida Room. Yes, count them...the house can sleep 10 people (all still for about the same price as ONE hotel room).

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refridgerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a generous supply of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils.

allowing plenty of room.  TV & DVD are located in the living room and main bedroom, as well as movies, books and games. There is a foosball table in the Florida room those interested in some family fun. FREE long distance phone & cable internet are available for those needing to stay in contact.

A full-size washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella are all available.
Crib (pack n play) is available upon request.

Within walking distance... kayak rentals, ice cream shop, Alfie's & Betty's restaurants, Bicentennial Park, BEACH and inter-coastal waterway.

Daytona, with its world famous beach and speedway are only 10 minutes away. Ormond by the Sea is conveniently close to everything Daytona has to offer yet offers the luxury of semi-private beaches and quiet relaxation.  Tomoka State Park just north of Ormond By the Sea is the perfect place to enjoy the variety of wildlife, birds and plants this region offers.

Orlando is only 60 miles away with Disney World, Sea World, MGM, Universal Studios, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.  Historic St. Augustine is only 45 minutes north, and offers great historic sites, guided tours, unique shops, art galleries, and great places to eat. It's a charming place to spend your afternoon. Not to mention a beautiful drive up A1A where you can see the ocean the entire trip!

Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes south. View their schedule and you may get to see a launch! On a clear day launches can be viewed from the backyard. Watch a night launch from the beach and see the entire sky light up!

There are many excellent golf courses, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, wind sailing, jet skiing, parasailing and go carts. Nearby Adventure Land Water Park is a popular destination along historic Ponce Inlet.

• Refundable $175 deposit and rental agreement will secure your reservation. For your convenience, the $75 rental fee is deducted from the $175 deposit.
• Rental amount is due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Excessive cleaning and laundry will be deducted from the deposit.

A written cancellation must be received within 30 days of arrival for a full refund.
