The oceanfront property has spectacular views, perfectly centered on the beach, has direct beach access, 20 feet away.  The lifeguard stand is located directly in front of the house so it's great for parents/kids.  It is located on the corner of a private drive so kids can easily walk back and forth to beach for food, bathroom, etc.  The oceanfront property is unlike other oceanfront houses, southeastern exposure for maximum sunshine, you can hear the waves and ocean while sleeping.  A super bay front park/playground is just 2 blocks away, includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes, volleyball court and great sunsets for all.

Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms(sleeps 6-8) per floor, every bedroom has
own TV. Many families rent both floors for a total of 6 Bedrooms and
plenty of space.
