 You will drive down a country road, stop at flea markets doted on the highway, to arrive at our cozy property. Surrounded by massive oaks and cedars, we even have our own fishing pond right in our own back yard, you can fish or just sit in the willow rockers and enjoy the view.
The night filled with stars and the sound of the frogs and crickets
in the distance are all the sounds you will hear on our 6 acre
property. From the front porch you can watch the sun set over the
Ozark mountains and the city lights start to glimmer over the trees.
From the back porch if you are an early riser you can watch the sun
rise, and see the deer drink from our pond. When you arrive down our
long driveway, go slow, more often than not deer jump the fence and
head across the path.

ceiling fireplace, one wood burning stove off master bedroom, Plenty
of parking in the circle driveway, bring your boat, plenty of room.
Plenty of privacy on 6 acres. Perfect for a small
wedding, or a family holiday week.

Just around the bend from Bull Shoals lake and the boat ramps,
biking trails in the park, Branson near by, there is plenty to do,
yet a great place to relax. You will enjoy the fabulous Ozarks at our location, we are outside of Branson, but have great non traffic routes  to get to  Silver dollar city, and all of Branson Attractions, hop on the 65 and take the red route to Shoji or Pierce Arrow Theatre, take the next ramp and head to the landing or downtown. So much to do, you will find Branson Shows, Branson Shopping, you can find many outlet malls, flea markets, craft malls, quilt stores, antique malls the new Branson landing with Bass pro shop, Shepherd Of The Hills Outdoor Theatre and oh so much more. Fishing with a boat launch moments from the property, bring your boat we have plenty of room for parking. So many things to do so little time. Bring your PET!!!!!!

 Weekdays for 175.00 and weekends for 200.00 per night. week price with everything  included is $1050.00, everything total, cleaning , tax and everything. More house for your buck.

Winter special 650.00 for week beginning Jan 6, does not include holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving or Christmas,please call for pricing.
$50.00 extra for holiday weekends such as labor day or memorial day.
3,500.00 for the month. winter special 2,000. 100.00 cleaning fee.
