Private beach just 8 miles to downtown St. Augustine, 20 miles to 
TPC Golf.  Just across the Vilano Bridge in South Ponte Vedra Beach, 
new condo complex is gated community with fitness and dinning club. 
Tennis on site. This will be your destination every year!

All gas appliances, grill, fireplace, heated pool and Jaccuzi.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing and boating is 5 miles away, Comachee Cove Yach Club.  Surf 
fishing daily just across the street at our private beach. Tennis on 
site. Golf courses are all within 20 miles scenic drives, TPC, World 
Golf Village, Golf Hall of Fame is 20 minuts west.

Ocean club has monthly activities. You will make lots of friends.

Fine dinning is in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum 60 day lease.  Monthly rate is $2,750 per month September 
2007 to March 2008 (Discuss rates for April-through rest of year)

Taxes depend upon length of stay, various club selections to be 
discussed.
