Vacation Rental Description
Our villa is only 25 minutes from Sanford Airport and is situated
close to the 7th tee. This luxurious self-catering villa
with south facing pool is only 15 to 20 minutes from the Disney
attractions. The property has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en
suite. The three bedrooms have twin beds and 2 queen beds and
sleeps up to six people in comfort. There is a mesh enclosed private
pool which lets in the sun and keeps out the insects and a shaded
overhang next to the pool just in case you don't like direct sun, so
you have the best of both worlds.
Family Room has seating for up to eight people and has a 42" t.v.
Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one twin bedroom, one cot
Two bathrooms (one ensuite), 2 large showers and 2 baths.
Kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, fridge, hob, oven, microwave,
washing machine, clothes dryer and indoor line for drying delicates.
Outside is a generous sized barbecue. The villa has Air-
conditioning and central-heating, TV in both the lounge and master
bedroom.
Ceiling fans and A.C. in every room.
All linen and cutlery is provided.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc.
Double Garage, garden, parking, private swimming pool (heating
optional) and full size pool within the community 5 mins walk
away.
There are also loungers, table and chairs and pool toys.
This villa is suitable for children, the elderly and disabled.
Vacation Rental Amenities
On the development there are many activities
available such as a gymnasium, 2 large communal pools, tennis courts
and childrens play area, all of which are FREE. There is also a bar
and restaurant at the Clubhouse. This is a gated community for your
security and peace of mind and is manned 24 hours per day. At the
entrance to Southern Dunes there is a 24 hour Walmart, Win Dixie,
Banks, Blockbursters DVD rental, Checkers, Dollar General etc. and
lots of restaurants and snack bars along Highway 27.
Activities and Attractions
Disney is 15/20 minutes away and local activities include swimming,
tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, water
skiing....don't forget there are special rates for golfers in the
afternoon at S. Dunes.

The following rates are in USD and includes all taxes. Please add 75USD for exit clean.
Please note that there is a $100 security deposit per week
