included in rates and phone.  Seaport 4 blocks from home, beaches about seven blocks, some of the 
best restaurants on the island an easy stroll within 2 blocks.  Private driveway behind an 
electronic gate.  Sleeps up to six.  Propane grill also provided. Very popular comfortable pleasant

$250 a night for a majority of the year, ranging to to $379 a night, and holidays or special events 
are $500 per night.   Negotiable depending on demand.
