Additionally, you have a nice dining table for a more formal setting.

You have two wonderful views. From your screened lanai you can relax
and enjoy the award-winning
nature preserve. From your kitchen you can enjoy a lake view.

This condo is furnished with everything needed for your enjoyment.
Just bring your clothes and you
are set to go.

There is lighted, covered parking with a spot reserved for you. An
elevator gives you a choice of
stairs or elevator when bringing home groceries and the like.

All rentals of less than 6 months require a total 11% tax to the
state and county. Pelican Preserve
also has a $100 application fee to the homeowners association and
$100 transfer fee to use all of
the amenities included with the Town Center. There is a departure
cleaning fee of $85.00.  Minimum 1 month rental. One person must be 55 or older.

A small pet is welcome, but there is a refundable pet deposit of $300.
To secure this rental, there is a deposit of $700 required. All deposits will be refundable assuming no damages.
