ceiling fan, large sectional with queen sleeper and lounge recliner, and 48" HDTV, equipped with  
Direct TV.  12' sliding glass, etched doors open to the porch.  Master Bedroom: King size, "Sleep  
Number" bed, walk-in cedar closet and double vanity in dressing area with master bath, Tropical  
Seabreeze motif, ceiling fan. TV with DVD player and Direct TV.  Middle Bedroom:  Queen bed, large

Canal. Dock area is equipped with covered/lighted fish cleaning station for the fresh catch of the

Shopping at Tavernier Town Center and cinemas apx 1 mile. Swim with the Dolfins at Theatre of the  
Sea - 10 minute drive.  Tavernier Creek Marina and Charter boats.  Everglades National Park for  
flats or reef fishing.  Founders Park has a public pool, tennis and swimming beach, as well as  
walking trails.
