Vacation Rental Description

Brass Rail is located on the south end of the island. Less 50 yards  
to the beach, you can enjoy the view of the ocean from the front  
porch, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living  
room. The Tybee Pier and Pavilion, as well as lots of shops and  
restaurants are just a block and a half away. 
 
The Brass Rail condo was built in 2005 and has solid concrete  
between floors to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. The second- 
floor condo is served by a private elevator. Unit #207 has covered  
parking for 2 vehicles. At 1,400 square feet, the unit has three  
bedrooms and two and a half baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen  
beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen- 
sleeper sofa in the living room. 
 
Some of the features of the condo include: 
 
Spacious swimming pool, hot tub and sun bathing area in  
the center of the development. 
 
Master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub  
and separate shower. 
 
Comfortable deck furniture to enjoy your ocean view. 
 
Hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. 
 
Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Sony Playstation 2, high speed internet  
and many popular board games. 
 
Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. 
 
Kitchen is fully-equipped and has a breakfast bar. 
 
Central heat and air with ceiling fans throughout. 
 
A washer and dryer with laundry detergent is provided.
