Located on its own private corner of a 3 acre Beachfront beautifully
landscaped estate. The Point house offers comfort and security with
unobstructed views of Marazul Point and to the north Headlands of the
Nicoya Peninsula.

Watch surfers ride the left Point(if waves allow) while you BBQ your
catch of the day(tuna, red snapper, lobster and more). Or marvel at
the most dramatic sunsets you can imagine on the many private hammocks
tied to the palm studded beachfront or take advantage of the many
comfortable seated lounge areas for R&R or entertainment inside and out.

The Point house is perfectly set in Malpais for convenience to take
advantage of nearby restaurants, shops, private beach coves, rocky
private tide pools, fisherman's market and away from the hectic and
busy streets and beaches of Santa Teresa.

3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds(double on the bottom, single on
the top), and a
master bedroom with a queen size bed. 2.5 bathrooms with outside
shower to wash the
sand off. Refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, sink and bar counter
with stools. Outside
covered BBQ with sink and prep counter and palapa. Ample outside guest
parking.

Surfing Malpais and Santa Teresa. Marazul, left point break directly
in front. Beachbreak to
north. Fishing from Malpais fish camp, boat charters and rentals
available daily.
Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Big tide pools to cool
