Lake Front Home - w/ dock - Techumseh Island in Indian Lake

Located on Techumseh Island, Indian Lake. This property is on
one of Ohio's largest lakes and is an outstanding vacation
and pleasure resort and a fisherman's paradise. With 5,800 acres of
water and an area of aproximately 13,000 acres of land and water
with an irregular, rugged, wooded shoreline of more than 29 miles,
it is one of the largest, most beautiful and most popular vacation
playgrounds in the midwest.

My home was built in the 1940's and sits on the north-east corner
of the island. For the early risers you will experience a fantastic
sun rise as the water lays ripple free. The morning sun will bring
the lake to life.

On the inside, the first floor includes a queen master bed room,1
full bathroom, kitchen dinning area, tv area, and a sun room with
fire place facing the a wall of glass doors over looking the lake.
Upstairs you'll find a finished attic/loft with 2 seperate rooms
containing 3 queen and one full size beds and a 1/2 bath.
My home can comfortably sleep 6-8. (1 queen in the master Bedroom
and 3 queen size & 1 full size beds upstairs) in addition there are
two fold out couches in the living room for additional space.
The kitchen is complete with all needed utensils and dishes. It also
includes a large refrigerator, stove, Oven, Micro wave, and
dishwasher

You will find a boat dock 20 feet from the back door, bring your own
boat/PWC or rent one. Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Water Skiing,
Knee boarding, Kayaking, and Bicycling are all great on the
islands to enjoy. There have been several large fish caught right
off our dock, but it is usually best in the spring or fall.
There are many small gift shops, and unique stores around the lake
for shopping or Bellefontaine is 20 minutes away for more serious
shopping.

Local Summer activities include, Golfing/horse back riding, touring
under ground caverns, ancient "Piatt" castles, all within 30 minutes
Winter Activities include: Snow skiing, snow mobilling, ice fishing.

April 1st - Nov 1st $750/per week(Mon-Mon)
Holiday weekends $1,00/per week-end(Fri-Mon)
Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day.
