Vacation Rental Description

The Bayview Community at Indain River Plantation is the newest and 
the only gated community on the property.  This unit is corner ground 
floor and offers spectacular waterfront views from all living/bedroom 
areas.  The unit is newly furnished with a breezy island style 
decor.  The living room and each of the bedrooms is equipped with 
cable television.  The main living room television includes a built 
in DVD/VCR and the unit is also equipped with a sterio system that 
includes AM/FM and CD.

Begin your day with breakfast at the cozy bistro table looking out 
over the sparkling bay and end your day with your favorite beverage 
as you watch the sunset from the comfortable enclosed patio. Prepare 
meals using the well equipped kitchen and serve them on stylish beach 
style dinnerware complete with crystal accents.

Enjoy all of the conveniences of home including a full size Maytag 
Neptune washer and dryer, dehumidifier and an oversized master bath 
complete with shower and Jacuzzi tub.  A full service grocery store 
as well as a quick service convenience store are both located within 
minutes.

Vacation Rental Amenities

While staying at Bayview you will enjoy  a beaurifully landscaped 
private pool and the only Indian River Plantation community with a 
private clubhouse complete with kitchen, club room for entertaining 
and an excercise area that includes all of the latest equipment.

While staying at Bayview you can enjoy all of the comforts of codo 
style living with complete access to the many amenities offerred by 
the surrounding Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort including its 
marina side pool and Baha Grill restaurant.

The Bayview community offers covered parding, outside grills and a 
wash down area for your automobile. The package that comes with this 
unit also includes an Ocean Club membership that entitles you to 
utilize the Marriott Ocean Club golf course, spa and tennis courts 
located at the entrance to the Bayview property.

Slips for your boat are also available at the Marriott Hutchinson 
Island Marina located on the property and security protected trailer 
parking is available in an area adjacent to the Bayview complex.

If the beach is your thing Marriott's private beach and tiki bar are 
just a quick tram or bicycle ride away and the famous beaches of 
Hutchinson Island including Bathtub Reef are within minutes.

Activities and Attractions

The Hutchinson Island area is one of the most beautiful stretches of 
beach on the Atlantic Ocean and is located jsut five miles north of 
the historic town of Stuart.  Fine waterfront restaurant dining, 
exclusive shopping areas, and other entertainment activities are 
located nearby in both Stuart and Jensen Beach as well as access to 
deep sea fisihing snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and cruises aboard 
local vessels including the Island Princess located at the Marriott 
Hutchinson Island Resort.  

The Indian River Plantation is one of the most desirable locations on 
the Treasure Coast with easy access from the Florida Turnpike Exit 
133 or Interstate 95 Exiet 61 or 62.  Airline Service is available 
through nearby Welst Palm Beach or for private aircraft the Stuart 
Airpoert is located within minutes of the resort.
