Gorgeous Summer Beach Villa, Prestige Property Winner 2008 in Amelia Island

This Prestige Property Winner is a Villa in the exclusive Summer
Beach Resort. It features a spacious Mediterranean-style three
bedroom Villa located within walking distance to the ocean. The
private pool is only 50 feet from the front door. By staying here,
you will have access to a full amenities package at The Golf Club of
Amelia Island and after your round, you can enjoy the club's on-site
five-star restaurant or dine on lighter fare at the oceanfront Beach
Club Pool and Snack Bar.

The first picture of the pool you see is right in front of our
villa. It is so close, you do not even have to put on your shoes.

The second picture is of the ocean-front Beach Club which you have
full access to during your stay because we are members.

We are an Ohio couple with two children who purchased this Villa just
three years ago. We fell in love with Amelia Island on our first
trip and we are sure you will too. This Villa is a rare find if you
have children because it comes fully equipped with a Pack-and-Play,
High-Chair, Baby Gate and Stroller. This is also a wonderful place
for seniors because it has a private elevator that takes you from
your own garage right into the foyer. No need to use stairs!

We promise you, once you get here you will not want to leave. We
have never had a dissatisfied guest and we are committed to keeping
