Monte Carlo was designed with coordinated colors of warm Yellows, Reds, Greens, tans, and contrasting sage accents.  You will feel at home the first minute you walk in the door.  Carpet and LCD-TV'S have been installed to add even greater comfort for your stay.

The living area, with it's soft butter yellow walls, is contrasted with soothing greens and deep ruby colors from the new couch.  The Queen sized sofa is situated so that you can relax watching your favorite TV Show on the Newly Added LCD Tv, and at the same time, watch the beautiful Ocean.

The King Master suite features a private bath with double vanities, large walk-in closet, full ceramic shower and separate full two person tub.  Unique to this beautiful beach vacation home is the desk and business area in the master.

The bunk room is an enclosed separate room with two full sized twin bunk beds.  This room is perfect for those that would appreciate putting young children down to rest with no distractions.

You will love the sumptuous brand new carpet in all the bedrooms.  It feels so yummy under your feet.  We spared NO expense in putting the best carpet we could find.

From your summer vacation Gulfront Condomimium, you can walk directly from your master suite to the balcony which faces the Emerald green waters and enjoy that wonderful morning coffee just as the sun comes up from the horizon.  Full Gulf views of the Emerald waters are just steps away.

The floating lazy river is truly unique to Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. The only Beach and Bay Resort on the Florida Panhandle. There is a zero entry pool that leads to the river. Surrounding the lazy river, are 2 large spas placed amid the tropical palms, as well as a waterfall pool (heated in the winter).

On the Gulf side where your condo is located, you overlook the largest pool on the Florida panhandle(5000 sq. ft.) featuring a 10,000 foot pool deck and a sumptuous Hot tub.
