Microwave, Dishwasher, Disposal and washer/dryer.  Cookware, dishes, 
utensils, coffee maker, blender, rice maker and more included.  
Flat panel tvs with cable, dvd, stereo cd/cassette player in every room!  
Cordless telephone with answer machine includes unlimited FREE local 
calling and DSL broadband and WIFI internet access.  Sleeping arrangements 
include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and 
1 queen sleeper sofa.  Bed, bath and beach linens included.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rates start as low as $200/night for short notice bookings 
up to $650/night for holiday peak December 20-January 3.  Minimum stay required is 3 
nights.  Extended stay discounts available.  Additional $225
cleaning/registration fee plus applicable Hawaii taxes required.  
Refundable security deposit of $300 is also required.  Payment 
methods accepted by check, money order, American Express, Master 
Card, Visa, Discover and paypal!
