South Kihei, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches! Enjoy the
beautiful view looking over pool and grounds to Mt Haleakala from
inside our condo or relaxing on the lanai.

Upgraded with air conditioning, new carpeting, new
furniture, lamps, appliances, ceramic tile, cabinets and counters,
oversized mirrors and white fixtures, our Maui condo offers you all
the comforts of home. Even includes all new bedding and towels. A
fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to make a full meal.

with reds and oranges when the sun pops over the top of Mt.

rocky shoreline or sharp coral bottom! It's also great for
snorkeling and sunbathing...or refreshing walks along miles of sandy
shoreline. Combined, Kam I, II and III beach parks stretch nearly a
mile. Ocean temperatures range from 75 to 83 degrees. Beach park
amenities: Lifeguards, restrooms, showers, volleyball court, picnic

HIGH Season:

(Apr. 15th 2009 - Dec 14th 2009) -- $94 night, plus tax
LOW Season:

Based on Double occupancy. Extra guest $10 ea per night. Max 4 guests
Extra discounts (5% to 15%) for repeat guests, longer stays, last-
minute specials.

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $90 for less than 7 nights.
All rates quoted in US Dollars, and subject to 11.42% Hawaii Tax
All monies payable in US Funds
$300 deposit required for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days
reservation)
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (low season - 60 days high
season)
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to
scheduled arrival (60 days in high season).
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled
arrival (60 in high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
