(Dec. 15th - Apr. 14th) -- $130 night, plus tax
HIGH Season:

(Apr. 15th - Dec 14th) -- $90 night, plus tax
LOW Season:

Based on Double occupancy. Extra guest $10 ea per night. Max 3 guests
discounts for repeat guests and longer stays (min 3 wks).

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $90 for less than 7 nights.
All rates quoted in US Dollars, and subject to 13.42% Hawaii Tax
All monies payable in US Funds
$300 deposit required for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days
reservation)
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival (low season - 60 days high
season)
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to
scheduled arrival (60 days in high season).
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled
arrival (60 in high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
