This enchanting cottage is nestled on the beach in the small
residential village of Oceanside, Oregon. It is the perfect retreat
for long family vacations or romantic getaway week-ends.
Featuring the most sensational view on the Oregon coast, a very
special experience is waiting for you.

The Oceanfront Cottage is privately owned and our objective is to
make your stay very special. We provide you with a very clean,
comfortable, nicely furnished, exceptionally well-equipped and well-
maintained cottage.
Romantic bedrooms include down comforters and each has an ocean view
and/or a private en suite sink.
Living room: leather sofa; sleep sofa; 2 chairs; books, games;
tv/vcr/cd player. Wood-burning fireplace with wood provided
Electric forced-air furnace.
Kitchen: fully equipped eat-in chef's kitchen includes disposal,
dishwasher, microwave, Jenn-air range, refrigerator w/ice maker,
coffee-maker/grinder
There's a washer/dryer for guest use.
Two full bathrooms, one with large shower and one with over-sized
soaking tub/shower.

So, kick off your shoes and put your feet up as you take in the
breathtaking sunsets or spectacular winter storms. From your living
room or deck, experience the energy of the waves, enjoy migrating
whales, sea lions at play in the surf, and thousands of birds from
the Three Arch Rocks National Wildlife Refuge. Weather permitting,
there are often hang-gliders swooping off the cliffs above or
windsurfers, kayakers, or surfboarders catching the ocean waves.
Collect sand dollars or agates as you walk down the seemingly endless
stretch of beach outside your door. Experience excellent salmon
fishing in Tillamook Bay (large fall Chinook salmon) or trout and
steelhead fishing in the nearby Trask, Wilson, Miami, or Kilchis
rivers. Some perch fish in the ocean right in front of the cottage.
For more action, hike the spectacular scenic trail at Cape Lookout
State Park, or hike the trails at Munson Creek Falls or Bay Ocean and
Netarts Bay spits.

Low-season (October 15th to Memorial Day week-end): $550/3 nts (excludes
Thanksgiving and Xmas holidays) or $235/night

Early summer: (Memorial Day week-end to 4th of July week-end): $275/night or stay 7, pay for 6 at $1,650/week.

High Season: 4th of July week-end to Labor Day week-end  $300/night and require 1 week Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Late summer:  Labor Day week-end to October 14th.  $275/night or stay 7, pay for 6 at $1,650/week.

Rentals less than 4 nights require an $80 cleaning fee.
