within the resort! Located within the grounds of the prestigious 
Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort, this private condo overlooks the Greg 
Norman's River Golf Course. This is a 1770 sq ft, two year old, 2 
bedroom/2.5 bathrooms condo with fully equipped luxurious kitchen, 
dining/living room, balcony, 2.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. This is one 
of the newest villa complexes within the resort! You can enjoy 
dining in one of the nine exclusive restaurants within the resort or 
enjoy cooking at home. Relax overlooking El Yunque Tropical 
Rainforest from your own balcony or just walk a short distance to 
the beach or main hotel. Gambling is just a walk or a short shuttle 
ride away. In fact, the shuttle bus stops across the street from the 
condo (in the Golf Club) for your convenience. You can enjoy the 
advantages of staying within an exclusive beach resort for less than 
half of the price!  Compare to equivalent units within the resort 
area and you will not find a better deal

The villa rental includes unlimited usage of its golf cart which 
will take you to any place within the resort: 
1. Nine exclusive restaurants, lounges and entertainment venues 
within the resort. 
2. Full service casino. 
3. Oceanfront pool plus private pool located in the condo area. 
4. A mile of palm-lined warm beaches. 
5. Two 18 hole championship golf courses (George Fazio's Ocean 
Course and the Greg Norman's River Course). 
6. Hotel operated rentals include: waverunners, sailboats, kayaks, 
and parasailing. 
7. Hotel operated fitness center, full service spa and salon. 
8. For an extra fee, the Westin Rio Mar Resort's Destination 
Services provides on site shuttle services, sightseeing tours and 
excursions such as: horseback riding; El Yunque Natinal Rainforest 
tour; Old San Juan Historical tour; deep sea fishing; airport 
to/from the airport for an extra fee; ferries to the nearby islands 
of Culebra and Vieques 
9. Outside supermarkets and retail stores a short drive away

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter (Dec 11 - April 15):
$2000/week
$300/night (minimum 3 nights)
Summer (April 16 - December 10): $1600/week
$250/night (minimum 3 nights)
Reservations are confirmed with $300.00 deposit - Balance due 15 
days prior to arrival to the villa.
All payments in U.S. funds by check, credit card, money order.
Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation penalty percentage 
charges will be assesed of the total rental fee:
Between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date - 40% penalty of 
total rental.
Less than 15 days - 80% of total rental penalty.
