access. It offers a large heated pool with expansive sun deck, an
exercise room and tennis courts, all surrounded by beautiful
landscaping. A multi-story parking garage with gated access is also
available for your convenience and security.
The building offers a service entrance with luggage carts, there are
adequate storage rooms and laundry rooms on each floor, and three
elevators to take you from the lobby to your apartment.
There is central air conditioning, and capeted floors throughout the
living areas. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Marco island such as deep sea fishing, boating, jet skiing, water
sking, swimming, golf and tennis. You can also enjoy biking or

and shops within walking distance from your condo, and for more
shopping or dining, Naples is only a short trip away. Trips to the
Everglades can be arranged where nature lovers can take an air boat
ride to view the natural habitat.
