Fully furnished three bedroom, two bath home with a two bedroom one
bath guest house located in a small town, Keystone Heights, on a
lake
in North Central Florida. Great deck overlooks the lake. Spacious
interior with windows across the entire front for a great view of
the
lake.

This home has an open kitchen – dining area with a counter bar,
dishwasher, range, new double door freezer/refrigerator with ice and
water in door, and microwave. There is also a full sized washer and
dryer in the laundry room. There is a spacious master suite with a
queen sized bed, lakefront sitting area with TV, walk-in closet and
private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The two other bedrooms share an
adjoining bath one with a double bed and one with a queen bed.
There
is a gas grill on the back deck overlooking a patio which leads
to the guest house. The large comfortable great room has a TV and
VCR plus a collector’s set of fiction and non-fiction books. The
dining area has a glass table, which will seat eight, looks out over
the lake.

Fishing, water skiing and golfing (at the oldest golf course in
FL). Centrally
located 30 minutes from the University of Florida which offers many
lectures, concerts and other cultural events. Sante Fe River,
Suwannee River, St. John's River & numerous lakes are within a 1
hour
drive. Other sites: Ichetucknee Springs, Silver Springs, Crystal
River (manatees), beaches & coastal towns of St. Augustine and Cedar
Key within 1 & 1/4 hr. Less than an hour from the Kennedy Space
Center and the city of Jacksonville and less than two hours from
Disneyworld and Orlando. Located 30 minutes from Gainesville
Airport
and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
