unique, octagonal shaped, 2-story "tree-house"! This beautiful "Old 
World" Florida style vacation home offers all the modern 
conveniences of vacation living.  

Walk out from your Living Room onto the large second story deck, and 
be surrounded by a canopy of lush, historic oak trees.  Plenty of 
room for those gatherings with family and friends. Barbeque on the 
gas grill or smoker, or just enjoy lounging in the sun. The deck 
also has a sunbrella canopy if you prefer to relax in the shade. 
Plenty of seating for outdoor dining and cooking on the propane gas 
grill or the smoker.

Private Parking with room for 4 vehicles. 

Ground Level has a large concrete deck on the beach level, 
overlooking the beach and water.  

Imagine sitting on your deck...... a cool beverage in hand..... feet 
up on your lounge chair..... overlooking the beach and enjoying the 
fabulous Florida sunsets!  The best that Florida has to offer!

Bring your boat, canoe or kyak - plenty of room for 
storage on site. 

If you like activities, Lake Weir has some of the very best bass 
fishing in Central Florida. With access to a boat dock, swimming, 
boating, fishing, or water skiing you are sure to enjoy this Florida 
vacation retreat! 

Lake Weir has easy access to Ocala, The Villages, or Gainesville for 
dining, shopping, live musical entertainment, or golfing. Orlando is 
only an hour away to visit Disney, Universal or other Orlando 
attractions.  Visit Gainesville, and attend a performance at the 
University of Florida Performing Arts Center.  If you prefer, you 
are only 1 hour to the Florida Gulf Beaches, or Daytona Beach area.  

There is a restaurant and lounge within walking distance from this 
incredible vacation home, with an outdoor "tiki hut style" dining 
and lounge area.

Vacation Rental Rates

$150.00 per night (Mon. - Thurs.)$175.00 per night (Fri. - Sun.)                
Holiday rate surcharge of $75.00 applies to all holidays.
Monthly rates are available and depend on dates requested.
Weekly rates are $1000.00 per week.
Daily rates available (3 - night minimum stay required)
Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $50 Required, if applicable.  Not All 
Pets are allowed.  Please email me with your pet information for 
approval, prior to making a reservation. 
Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit of $100
$300 Refundable Security Deposit.
No Smoking indoors
