This beautiful 4.5 Star three-bedroom executive home provides a
private and serene getaway on 2.5 acres over looking the Trout River.
The manicured lawns; two-level deck with sunken hot tub; outdoor
bonfire pit; and ample sporting equipment entices the entire family
outdoors for truly relaxing, yet fun experiences.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped and features a
breakfast bar with stools. The sunroom, off the open dining area, has
skylights and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river. The
master bedroom with king sized hand-crafted sleigh bed opens to the
sunroom through French doors and also overlooks the river through
four large windows. A very unique view in the morning!

The family room welcomes you with over-stuffed quality furniture,
arranged around the raised hearth wood stove. The 43" Hitachi TV,
VCR, DVD, and satelite turns an average evening or rainy day into an

Seven person deluxe hottub off the second-level deck overlooks the
serene Trout River while allowing ultimate privacy for day or night
dippers.

Kitchen, Family Room, Dining Room, 4 piece bath, 3 piece ensuite
bath, 3 Bedrooms, Sun Room, main floor Laundry, and dining area on
our two-level deck.

Telephone, 43" TV, DVD, stereo, satellite dish, VCR, internet access,
clothes washer & dryer with iron and iron board give you all the
amenities of home.

The custom gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, stove,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and
toaster oven.

Cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, linens / bedding and Egyptian cotton
beach towels are provided.

The three large bedrooms comfortably sleep seven. Master Bedroom -
King sleigh bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen Colonial bed, Bedroom 3 - Single
over Double bunk beds. King and Queen beds are fitted with down
feather mattresses (removable, if required). Two plush terry-cotton
robes are also provided in the master bedroom.

Outdoor dining is complete with table/chairs, a propane BBQ and a
propane cooker (with large boiling pots for shellfish cooking).

The 2.5 acres of manicured property is complete with a playground
(wooden swing and slide set), horse shoes and badminton net.

Our private two-man canoe (with fishing rods and PFD's) is available
for you to use on the Trout River.

There is ample parking for vehicles.

You may feel like you are in your 'own little world' on Trout River,
but in fact, you are still only minutes away from the majesty of our
island. Golf courses (we are surrounded), lobster (dine-in or take-
home), the best oysters in the world (Carr's Oyster Bar), fine and
fun dining, Cavendish Beach, Anne of Green Gables, amusement parks,
deep-sea fishing, sea-doo rentals, parasailing, and shopping are all
within a 5 - 10 minute drive.

For a special treat, why not walk up to the Trout River Pottery
gallery to see Darren. He welcomes all guests to 'sit and spin' (AKA -
get your hands on some pottery clay and shape it into your own
creation - no charge - really fun). And finally, we're on the Trout
River where you can fish, canoe, or enjoy its enviromental park that
is frequented by a trio of bald eagles. So much to do, so little
time. You could always come back, you know!
