one-acre lot, offers a breathtaking view over miles of white sandy 
beach, wild dunes and the ocean. Dolphins, whales, sea birds, seals,
fishing boats can be watched from the deck, living room, dining 
room and kitchen. With your own stairway to a private beach and 
within minutes to world-class golf, trout fishing, kayaking, cycling 
and fine dining, you have here a glimpse of paradise between 
sky and sea.

For the long and quiet walks on our kilometers of deserted white beach; for hiking and 
biking across the Island on the Confederation trail surrounded by a splendor of fall colors; 
for golfing on world class courses; for memorable evenings in front of the fireplace; all 
that and much more in comfortable temperatures and a sea keeping all the warmth of the 
summer sun. And, to top it all, most interesting prices for a few days or a few weeks of 
rental.

- A two storey cottage with an open concept and a cathedral ceiling;
- Living room with woodstove, dining room, fully equiped kitchen, wraparound ocean 
front deck; with propane BBQ, adirondack chairs and patio furnitures;
- Three bedrooms: one on the main floor with a queen  size bed and two on the second 
level, with fine quality linen;
- Two bathrooms , one on each level and an outdoor shower (extra towels, hair dryer, 
curling iron);
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer,microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher 
(including soap) , cookware,  wine glasses, all cutlery and dishes, dish towels, a selection 
of spices, etc.
- Washer and dryer (laundry detergent), iron  and ironing board ;
- Phone ;
- Television, satellite dish, vhs, vcr, dvd;
- Electrical heating and  fireplace;
- Beach chairs , umbrellas , toys , beach towels;

Last week of August: 1800$ + 10% tax.
off season (May, June, September and October): 750$ and more + tax.
