This rental is the last house on a quite deadend road. It is less
then 1/4 mile WALK to the beach of Long Sands. It has had many
updates including some remodeling on the inside and a fresh paint
job on the outside.
House is located at 19 Moody Lane, York, ME 03909

The kitchen is well equiped with all the appliances including coffee
maker, pots, pans, microwave, silverware, refrigerator, plates and
cups.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed. The other bedroom has
a double & single bunk bed and a single bed.
The bathroom is very clean and has many updates.
Good beds and a clean bathroom!

subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% is required
immediately to hold week. Remainder is due 30 days before
