beachside beauty.  This 1,650 square foot vacation rental home in 
Daytona Beach is completely furnished with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with a 
split floor plan, and a 2 car garage.  Master bedroom with bath has a 
king size bed.  Bedroom #2 and #3 have a queen size bed in each 
room.  The forth bedroom has two twin beds.  This home has a screened 
patio and a large back yard with a privacy fence.  It is located 
behind the Bel Air Plaza with lots of shopping, restaurants, and 
entertainment.  Tastefully decorated, this home is perfect for family 
or group vacation, or just a 'put-your-feet-in-the-sand' getaway.   
    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Appliances:  blender, coffee maker, mixer, washer/dryer, iron with 
ironing board, microwave, stove, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, 
oven.

Electronics:  alarm clock in each room, digital cable TV, DVD player, 
CD player, stereo, VCR, telephone for local calls only (may use phone 
card for long distance)

Furnishings: central air conditioning and heat, fireplace, beach 
chairs with umbrella, ceiling fans, linens, towels, screened patio,

Vacation Rental Rates

November 1st - March 31st:  $1,500/wk  

April 1st - October 31st:  $1,250/wk

Special Events (bike weeks, race weeks, etc.):  $3,000-$4,000


To all rates, add a state/local tax of 12.5% and a one time cleaning 
fee of $100.00.  A $500 refundable deposit is required in advance to 
secure the reservation.  Full payment is required 30 days prior to 
arrival.  Additional days and monthly rates available upon request.  
Paypal is available for an additional 3% charge.
