Beautiful Ocean Front Condo in Hutchinson Island

Ocean front (yes, right on the ocean) ground floor condominium in the
Capstan cluster at Ocean Village. Recently renovated, redecorated and
refurbished, this is a beautiful family second home. Two bedrooms and
two bathrooms that easily sleeps 4, but with roll aways can sleep more.
Main living room, walk through dining area and kitchen.
TV's with cable access in each bedroom and main lounge. DVD, CD & VCR
players plus Internet access. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Fully
equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and
stove. BBQ in screened patio area. Bed linen, towels, beach chairs all
provided.

This condo is located within the Ocean Village resort. A gated
community with 24/7 security, guests are entitled to use all the
resort facilities. This includes 3 swimming pools (main pool has Tiki
bar, hot tub & kiddie pool),10 tennis courts, 9 hole executive golf
course, new exercise room, Bocce & Shuffleboard courts, ocean front
restaurant.
Access to a beautiful but quiet Atlantic ocean beach is a 20 yard stroll!

Most resort activities are free in the off season (May - November) but
a small fee will be charged during the busy Winter months (December -
April). For example golf is $3 per round.
Numerous local restaurants appeal to all tastes, both on the Island or
across the Intercoastal bridge to Ft. Pierce. We have fun bars, fine
dining and most options in between!
Other activities include:
* Deep sea fishing from Ft. Pierce marina
* Manatee Observation Area (also in Ft Pierce, see live manatees in
the Winter months)
* Weekly Farmers Market every Saturday morning
* Option of 3 shopping malls within a 30 minute drive
* Disney World and other Orlando resorts ... 1 1/2 hour drive
* Kennedy Space Center ... 1 1/2 hour drive
* Florida Everglades .... approx 2 hours drive
* Numerous beach resorts to explore - both north & south along the
Atlantic coast

December 1 - April 30: $950 per week
May 1 - November 31: $600 per week
Plus $100 cleaning fee. Refundble security deposit required based on length of stay
