directly across the street from the beach. It's about a 1 minute walk
to the beach and 10 minute walk to pier 60. We are in the perfect
location! Out of State guests...no need to rent a car. Get a ride
from the "Airport Limo" and /or use the "Jolley Trolley" to get
around the local Clearwater Beach Area. We are within walking
distance to everything!
Luxury features throughout including granite countertops in the
kitchen and baths, stainless steel kitchen appliances & your own
private elevator that accesses all floors and takes you to the
private roof top terrace. World renowned Clearwater Beach is just
steps away, as are the Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Complex.
Pool , tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 1
minute walk away! The biggest & best pool on the beach is literally
right next door. (10 free pool passes are included with each weekly

all with walking distance as this townhouse is located on prestigious
and centrally located North Clearwater Beach. We also have a wireless
internet connection! You can also use the computers at the Clearwater

Unit has 1 king, 1 queen & 2 twin sized bunk beds to accommodate 8
guests. This fully furnished townhouse with a kitchen is like a home
away from home. All towels, linens and kitchen items are there for
your convenience. Please let me know if you are traveling with
infants or small children as child gates, playpen and crib are
available with ample notice. Washer & Dryer included.
1st Level- Double car garage
2nd Level- Kitchen, dining, living room & 1/2 bath. TV, vcr, dvd.
3rd Level- "Surfer Bedroom" has queen sized bed. "Dolphin Room" has 2
sets of twin sized bunk beds which will sleep a total of four. 1 full
& 1/2 bathroom. Washer & Dryer are also on this floor. TV's in both
bedrooms.
4th Level- Private Master suite with king sized bed. Balony over
looking Gulf of Mexico. Bathroom includes jetted garden tub & walk in
shower. Don't forget about the brand new flat screen tv. (All rooms
come equiped with over 80 channels of expanded cable!)
5th Level- Roof top terrace with hotub, gas grill & breathtaking
sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Don't forget about the wide open
views of the intercoastal waterways from the other end of the
terrace. We just added a brand new patio set.
(Don't worry private elevator stops on all 5 levels!!!)

Many different activities are available within walking distance.
World famous Clearwater Beach, tennis, basketball &
tennis courts, fishing charters, boating, diving, jet ski rentals,
parasailing, shops, dining. Clearwater Beach Pool (see photo) is
available, 10 free pool passes with every weekly booking. Please

This pool has a waterslide, waterbasketball and other activities for
childern. Pharmacy & convenience stores also within walking distance.
Busch Gardens of Tampa Bay is about 45-50 minute drive and Walt
Disney World, Seaworld & Orlando Airport is about 1 1/2 hours away.

* Multiple week discount may apply if your booking for the entire

* No smoking or pets are allowed in this brand new townhome!
However, your more than welcome to smoke outside on the roof top
terrace (5th level).

*Townhome is for 8 guests only. Please don't rent from us if your going to violate this rule. Your security deposit will be forfeited!
