We are directly across the street from the beach. It's about a 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to pier 60. We are in the perfect location! Out of State guests...no need to rent a car. Get a ride from the "Airport Limo" and /or use the "Jolley Trolley" (only $2.00!) to get around the local Clearwater Beach Area.

Unit has 1 king, 1 queen & 2 twin sized bunk beds to accommodate 8 guests. This fully furnished townhouse with a kitchen is like a home away from home. All towels, linens and kitchen items are there for your convenience. Traveling with small childern? Don't worry, we have everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. Pack-n-play, high chair, bumbo, umbrella stroller, exersaucer, child gates. Plenty of Disney & Veggie Tale videos! Not to mention we have plenty of sand toys too. Washer & Dryer included.

1st Level- Double car garage

2nd Level- Kitchen, large tiki hut dining room booth (just added!), living room 36" TV, VCR & DVD player, 1/2 bath.

3rd Level- "Surfer Bedroom" has queen sized bed. "Dolphin Room" has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds which will sleep a total of four. 1 full & 1/2 bathroom. Washer & Dryer are also on this floor. TV's in both bedrooms.

4th Level- Private Master suite with king sized bed. Balony over looking Gulf of Mexico. Bathroom includes jetted garden tub & walk in shower. Don't forget about the brand new flat screen tv. (All rooms come equiped with over 80 channels of expanded cable!)

Extra 4th Bedroom: The "Gator Room" has a full sized bed & extra room for a pack-n-play. Perfect for the kids or an extra couple.

5th Level- Roof top terrace with hotub, gas grill & breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Don't forget about the wide open views of the intercoastal waterways from the other end of the terrace. We just added a brand new patio set.

Absolutely no smoking in our beautiful brand new townhome or you will loose your entire deposit! This townhome is for 8 to 10 guests only.

World famous Clearwater Beach, tennis, basketball &
tennis courts, fishing charters, boating, diving, jet ski rentals,
parasailing, shops, dining. Clearwater Beach Pool (see photo) is
available, 10 free pool passes with every weekly booking. Please

This pool has a waterslide, waterbasketball and other activities for
childern. Pharmacy & convenience stores also within walking distance.
Busch Gardens of Tampa Bay is about 45-50 minute drive and Walt
Disney World, Seaworld & Orlando Airport is about 1 1/2 hours away.
