pots, pans, dish towels, ect. Washer & dryer located on 3rd floor 
next to 2 bedrooms. Expanded Cable TV (every bedroom),VCR, DVD 
Player and stero with CD & tape player.  Master suite has wall mounted 
LCD TV!!

Infant gates, playpack & stroller are available advance  
notice.  Just bring your family and plenty of food to munch on.  The
private elevator also makes this townhome handicap friendly. We 
recently added a brand new grill and dining set to the roof top terrace.

available $6.00 adults & $4.00 & childern. This pool has a 
waterslide, waterbasketball and other activities for childern. 
Pharmacy & convenience stores also within walking distance.

Busch Gardens of Tampa Bay is about 45-50 minute drive and Walt Disney 
World, Seaworld & Orlando Airport is about 1 1/2 hours away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept & Oct 2008 Special: $1,195 per week!

Feb-May : $1,495 per week  
Jun-Aug  : $1,395 per week
Nov-Jan  : $1,295 per week
* Money order, cashiers or personal check is the perferred method of 
payment
* Pay Pal is accepted (3% Fee) Visa, Mastercard, American Express
* Basic Cleaning Fee for weekly rentals: $ 125.00
* 12% tax,
* $500 security deposit required to hold townhome
* Entire payment is due no less than 10 days prior to arrival or 
deposit will be forfeited.
* Cancellations accepted prior to 14 days of arrival less deposit.  
* Multiple week discount may apply if your booking for the entire 
month.
* No smoking or pets are allowed in this brand new townhome! 
However, your more than welcome to smoke outside on the roof top 
terrace (5th level).
