Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful beach front home in the gated community of San Antonio
del Mar near Rosarito Beach.  It sleeps 8-9 people and features
oceanfront dining and living rooms and upstairs and downstairs
balcony, 4 bd/3 bth, 2 kitchens, patio barbeque grill and bar, with 
housekeeping service daily with an on site caretaker. This
beautiful, newly furnished beachfront house that we call "La Casa de
la Playa", is for rent by weekend, week or month. It is near Rosarito,
Baja California, only one hour drive across the border from San Diego
airport. It has direct access to sandy beach for miles with daily
dolphin views.

The house sleeps up to 8-9 people and has 3 and 3/4 bedrooms, 3 baths,
two fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, a large ocean front
dining and living room, outside furnished patios, a grassy side yard,
an outdoor barbeque/bar area, two fireplaces, a pellet stove and a
garage.  Amenties include satellite TV, DVD players, DSL wireless
internet access, fully filtered water throughout the house, and daily
light maid service.

This Rosarito Beachfront Rental is located within San Antonio Del Mar,
a beautiful 1400 home gated community just north of Rosarito. The
community has 24 hour security, a playground and park.  

Activities and Attractions

All desired activities for beach/ocean living are nearby, including
daily dolphin views. Pool is l0 minutes on site; world class golf and
horseback riding are nearby, and the town of Rosarito with many
restaurants and attractions is just 5 minutes down the road with
parasailing, jet skiing, cantinas, theatre and dance. Ensenada has
deep sea fishing and boat rentals; wine country is in the nearby
Guadalupe Valley.  Fox Studios (where Titanic, Pearl Harbor, Master
and Commander were filmed and parts of sets remain)is 15 minutes south
and great fun for the family.  Puerto Nuevo is just 25 minutes south
where you can find the traditional lobster meal and lots of little
shops.  The Bufadora (a natural ocean blowhole) with lots of shops and
restaurants is south of Ensenada.

$325-450/ per night (depending on season)
$1800-$2200/ per week
$5000-$6000/ per month
$450 deposit

There is a two night minimum stay.

In Season: (March thru Sept.)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday:  $450/night
Monday through Thursday:  $400/night
Weekly (six nights):  $2200
Monthly: $6000

Off Season: (October thru February)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $375/night
Monday through Thursday: $325/night
Weekly (six nights) $1800
Monthly: $5000
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at noon.
