Marco Island is the largest of the 10,000 Islands (six miles long
and four miles wide) and is situated at the most northern point of the
picturesque archipelago, and just south of Naples.
This beautiful home is located in the southeast area of the island
in a very quiet neighborhood next to Mackle Park (1 mile walking-
trail around lake) and just a 5-minute drive to the gorgeous
shelling beaches. It is close to shops, restaurants, and golf
courses.
On the inside, the house has recently been updated with beautiful
tile flooring throughout the house and carpet in two of the bedrooms.
Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and family room to provide a
breeze.
The villa comprises three double bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full and one
twin bedroom). The master bedroom has its own shower room, walk-in
closet, cable TV, and sliding doors opening onto the pool area. The
other two bedrooms have built in closets, lots of drawer space and
share a guest bathroom.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped (details see below). It is
surrounded by an informal family room and dining area, which both
have access to the pool through sliding doors. The informal dining
area is designed for six people and there is extra seating space for
four around the kitchen bar.
The family room offers comfortable seating for six people, a
CD/DVD/VCR player, and cable TV (27"). The living room provides also
seating for six and overlooks the pool area (sliding doors). Both
rooms feature one sofa each that can be pulled out for additional
guests.
The large lanai and pool area have been completely renovated this
summer. It features plenty of seating and privacy for
entertaining your family and friends around the pool. It is
furnished with quality patio furniture (2 tables, eight chairs and
three sun loungers). A part of the Pool area (but not the pool) is
covered so your skin can take a break from the hot Florida sun, a
ceiling fan provides additional relief.
In the mornings you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sometimes also
see the sand owls, which are nesting on the lot behind the house.

Activities and Attractions
The small, cozy island of Marco has all the shopping, dining and
recreational opportunities you would expect from other world class
vacation spots, but without the hassles and crowds found
elsewhere. Outdoor recreation is the main attraction on Marco
Island. Water sport activities lead the list of fun things to do
while enjoying the sand and surf. The Island is truly renowned for
its incredible boating, shelling and fishing (deep-sea & backwater).
This is a fisherman’s paradise!
With more than 1,200 golf courses state-wide, Florida is fast
earning the reputation of being the golf capital of the world. This
holds true for the Naples/ Marco Island area, where you can choose
from about 60 golf courses. A 36-hole course and two 18-whole public
courses can be reached within a 20 min drive.
