Casa Iguana- A Villa Resort. The Ideal Vacation Rental: 4
bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. Play volleyball, soccer or
water polo onsite. Enjoy a massage under the oceanside palapa while
enjoying the ocean views!
Casa Iguana sits on a lush half acre lot in beautiful Akumal. The
completely renovated home features two distinct living areas each
with 2 bedrooms. Features include a spectacular pool, 3 separate
outdoor eating areas, large stone fountain, ocean front palapa and
expansive ocean-front beach sand play area for volleyball or
soccer.
The main two-bedroom house has been completely updated and features
marble floors, granite countertops and 2 ocean view balconies. The 2-
bedroom adjacent palapa roofed home (casita) features a large
kitchen, living room and 2 new bathrooms updated with marble and
natural stone.
Outdoor activities include soccer, volleyball and water polo.
Casa Iguana is perfect for those families and friends that
appreciate
the privacy, space and intimacy that two completely separate living
areas can offer a large group. Casa Iguana's unique layout features
a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.
The fountain side patio can be set up for large dinner gatherings to
accommodate the entire party for a spectacular evening meal. The
entire property accommodates 8 people very comfortably, and up to 11
people with sharing of double beds. An additional infant can sleep
in the port-a-play crib.
Our vision of Casa Iguana is one where family and friends can share
great times together while affording you space to retreat to your
own areas for privacy.

Double Bed (3): One casita bedroom features two double beds and
other a double and twin
Twin/Single Bed: Lower bedroom in main house features two Twin beds
or King bed set-up. Third twin bed in casita.
Crib: Port-a-play crib and linen provided plus one high chair.
Entertainment Cable/Satellite TV (4): TV in both living rooms and
several bedrooms. Child connections can be limited.

stove, coffeemakers.
Catering Available: Meals prepartion can be arrange through multiple
various chefs available in the area for an additional fee paid
direct
to chefs.
Outdoor Features Charcoal BBQ Grill: Large 30" wood burning grill
with Argentinean-style meat rack.
Deck/Patio (3): Outdoor sink and grill area has adjacent patio for
seating. Area adjacent to large fountain has seating area on patio
that can accomodate entire party. Large circular, tiled table

Balcony (2): Ocean view patios off the master bedroom and living
room
with chairs.
Gazebo: Ocean front palapa with hand painted tiled table and
hammocks.
View/Location Beachfront: While not directly on beach but a flat
rocky ledge, the property has a large beach sand play area for
soccer
or volleyball.
Oceanfront: Property has unobstructed ocean views. Direct access to
ocean via flat rocky surface. However due to force of waves, best to
enter water at beaches 10 minute walk on either side of the property.
Other Amenities Spectacular stone carved fountain.
Suitability Pet Friendly
Kid Friendly: All screens have fixed wooden frames, balconies were
build with children in mind plus the elevated nature of pool
detached
from home makes property more children friendly than most in Mexico.
Smoking not allowed inside the houses but acceptable outdoors.
