third-floor bonus room and roof-top terrace. 
 
This delightful cottage sets the stage for glorious family  
holidays.  Perfectly situated in a tranquil corner of Old Seagrove,  
just four houses north of the beach access and with all the amenities of  
home and convenient to Seaside and the Scenic-30A bike/hike path. 
 
Walk or bike to the Seagrove Market for your morning paper or to  
many of the renowned restaurants, boutiques and galleries in nearby  
Seaside.   
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Azalea Grove sleeps 6-11.  The first-floor includes a living- 
area with a super-large TV, DVD/VCR player, two comfortable sofas (including  
a Queen sleeper), a dining area that seats eight, plus additional  
seating for three at the breakfast bar.  Fully-equipped kitchen, a  
fun-bunk-room (sleeps 3), full bath, laundry room and a spacious  
front-porch with a swing. 
 
The second-floor features two master suites. Each with a Queen bed,  
26" TVs and French doors leading to private balconies.  One bedroom  
has a large bath and a walk-in shower and double vanity, the second  
bedroom has a standard bathroom. 
 
The third-floor is the charm with fabulous Gulf-views, perched over  
the tree canopy of Old Seagrove!  Furnished with a Queen futon, game  
table, mini-fridge and TV.  From the terrace, enjoy front-row seats  
for those gorgeous Florida sunrises and sunsets.

Activities and Attractions

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses. 
 
Wonderful boutiques and galleries in unique seaside communities  
scattered along 30A. 
 
A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities,  
alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas.  The path runs  
from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles  
being off-road.  A real fun activity for all the family and bike  
rentals are available throughout Scenic Route 30A. 
 
Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked  
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas.  The sand- 
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach  
area, within a mile or two of the townhouse. 
 
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature  
trails, picnic areas. 
 
Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..  
a perfect place for a picnic-lunch under the incredible moss-draped  
oaks. 
 
Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,  
watersports can be found in nearby Destin to the west and Panama  
City Beach to the east.   
 
Extensive kids attractions and amusements can be found in nearby  
Panama City Beach.
