Sea Star Cottage in Old Orchard Beach

Enjoy your Maine vacation in this charming, sunny, spacious cottage
just a 10-minute walk (less than 1/2 mile) to Old Orchard Beach's
7-mile beach,amusement park and nightlife. With its peaceful
residential setting, Sea Star cottage offers the best of both vacation
worlds: easy access to entertainment and a quiet place to kick back
with plenty of room to relax inside and out.
First floor: large (16'x16') living room with two sliders to deck, a
double sleep sofa. Family room with futon (sleeps two); fully
applianced kitchen and dining area; laundry closet (washer and dryer),
large bathroom with double sinks; and a bedroom (twin bed).
Second floor: large bedroom with queen bed; bedroom with double bed;
study with desk; and the "pirate's hideaway" - a cozy room for
sleeping, reading or games.
No smoking permitted inside the home.

Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Wireless internet
service. Cable TV with DVD player.

Decks, yard with shade and sun. Inside storage room for
bikes, surfboards, fishing and golf gear. Ceiling fans and AC. Gas
grill. Lots of closet space. Parking for 4 vehicles. Doghouse with
line-run. Small dogs okay (no puppies).

No telephone service.

Check-out: Saturday 10 a.m.
Half of the rental amount is due upon reservation; the remaining
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A 7% state tax will be added to the rental fee.

Security deposit of $500 due with final rental payment 30 days before arrival.

Additional security deposit is required for pets.
