This lovely Florida home is located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block
away from the tropical and unique beaches of Venice Island on the
Gulf of Mexico. It is only a short walk from the house to the private
beach; also the public beach is only a mile away. If golf is on your
agenda then plan on heading out to the beautiful public golf course
on "the Island" which is located just 1 mile south of the house.
Approximately 1 mile north of the home, Venice Avenue invites you to
go shopping in its quaint little boutiques or you can enjoy the
delicious island cuisine in one of the many inviting restaurants and
cafes.
This vacation home offers plenty of room for 6 people, with
three tastefully furnished bedrooms (king size bed & twin beds), 2
bathrooms, a beautiful living room and dining room, modern kitchen
and utility room. Also, you can walk out and sit in the screened lanai
or swim in the 28 x14 solar heated pool in the backyard.
