Discover this uniquely located and beautifully finished cottage nestled in the woods.  Dry Cove Cottage is situated in a grassy clearing surrounded by towering alders and fir trees.  Located in the quiet, beautiful woods of Maine.  Dry Cove Cottage is a four seasons, weekly rental.  Our cottage accommodates up to seven people.

A Very clean, well kept Rental Home has two bedrooms and one
bathroom. In the master bedroom is a queen size bed. The second
bedroom has three twin beds. All of our beds have top of the line
mattresses, we believe that the best part of your vacation should
start with a great nights sleep! The bathroom has a shower, sink,
toilet, mirror, and a complete set of towels for each person during
stay. We have provided a completely furnished kitchen for all your
cooking needs. Including new Microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee
maker and grinder, all new pots and pans, untensels, glasses,
plates, bowls, ect. We've also provided seafood and blueberry recipe
books. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating including
a large pull out sofa bed, two recliners, DVD, VCR and a TV with
local channels. The home also has a wrap around porch, picnic
tables, outside seating, and a gas grill. The rental home has been
beautifully landscaped.

Summer has long been the favored time to come to Deer Isle. Since
the 1870s when families arrived by steamer to stay for the season,
the warm, comfortable days and cool nights have been a draw for
young and old. The breath taking beautiful coast offers sea
kayaking, sailing, whale watching, and sea duck hunting. The many
rivers, lakes, streams and ponds will appeal to all types of
anglers, from the experienced to the novice. The Atlantic and
landlocked salmon, lake trout, whitefish, brook trout, and small
mouth bass fishing provides the perfect excuse to get away from it
all.
These waterways are not only for fishing. They offer unlimited
recreational opportunities for the entire family. Much to the
delight of the hunter, this less populated area is home to bear,
deer, coyote, bobcat, moose, and small game. Kayaking is very
popular on Deer Isle, because of the outstanding views and for the
many coves and inlets to explore. Exploring the rocky coast line,
deserted islands and granite quarries while kayaking is also very

sailing, golfing, animal watching, and much more. Deer Isle also is
a working water front which brings in plenty of fresh available
lobster daily. Deer Isle offers wonderful places to eat, great
galleries and shops to visit.
