atmosphere. We have a great two bedroom, 2 baths condo top floor unit with a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico  waiting
for you!This is a nonsmoking unit that sleeps 6, 1 king bed, 1
queen and a queen pull out sofa in the living room, it is newing updated with granite counter tops and flat screens in every room . Look out the balcony  doors and you have a beautiful view of what you
come to the beach for "the ocean "! You hear it , see it and smell that salty air What else could you ask for!!!!
Maravilla is a great complex with a deeded private beach and it is
close to everything in Destin !As a bonus we have provided  an
umbrella and 2 chairs that the beach service will put up for you
every day at no charge to you in season. Come to Paradise and bring your 4 legged baby with you.

Nonsmoking unit ,Phone,air conditioning,3 cable TVs, 2
vcrs,stero,3 dvd ,microvave,dishwasher , full kitchen ,washer,dryer ,
linens are provided,hot tubs , 2 pools one heated, BBQ grills.Tennis
courts.
