Extremely well maintained 3 story condo complex, 2 minutes from the
beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. This unit is updated and
sunny, has 2 bedrooms; master bedroom has a queen size bed and
master bath, and the other bedroom is also a queen bed, with a full
attached bath. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, and pots
and pans. Living room has a large TV, with a DVD and VCR also. In
addition, the 2 futon sofas in living room fold down and make queen
size beds as well. Extra sheets and linens are available for this
condo.

condo rental amenities

First floor condo, which backs to a patio with a large gas
grill, and then to the pool and large jacuzzi, which holds up to 12
people. A short walk away is the beach.

activities and attractions in South Padre Island Texas

Dolphin watching, swimming, horseback riding, sailing, fishing,
windsurfing, snorkeling, etc are just some of the many activities
one can do while at South Padre Island.

vacation rental rates

Daily rate runs from $75 to $150 per day, depending on the season.
Minimum stay is 3 days, but is negotiable. Rental for the month or
several months is available as well, and that is a separate rate.
There is also a $50 cleaning fee to be paid upon departure, which is
paid in cash and left on kitchen counter. Please contact me for more

Better than expected

The pictures do not do this condo justice. We always take a vacation for Mother's Day, this trip included myself, sister and our two children, we were a little leery at first from the pictures, we thought that this would be your typical SPI condo, due to the age and size of the building. However, we were more than surprised....the condo itself had been updated(kitchen)and the patio sold me completely. We were a few yards from the pool and a block and 1/2 from the beach. Usually I choose a new spot for our mother's day weekend, but this condo has now become our mother's day tradition. Eight thumbs up!

Also the owner made the transaction very easy and the rates were very affordable. Love it. Thanks Steven.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great Family Vacation Spot

We loved staying at Villa Del Sol! The layout was very convenient with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious enough for a couple of people to prepare meals. The patio was a great morning coffee spot, and the fact that it was steps from the pool was a bonus! The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The owner provided great customer service. We would love to return for another stay, and we would definitely recommend this property to friends. We especially liked that many of the units were HOMES instead of only vacation homes. Our favorite restaurant on the island is Gabriella's - should have eaten there more than the one time we did this time. We can't wait to return to South Padre Island. :)
