Ground floor condo by large heated jacuzzi-Villa Del Sol in South Padre Island

Extremely well maintained 3 story condo complex, 2 minutes from the
beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. This unit is updated and
sunny, has 2 bedrooms; master bedroom has a queen size bed and
master bath, and the other bedroom is also a queen bed, with a full
attached bath. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, and pots
and pans. Living room has a large TV, with a DVD and VCR also. In
addition, the 2 futon sofas in living room fold down and make queen
size beds as well. Extra sheets and linens are available for this
condo.

First floor condo, which backs to a patio with a large gas
grill, and then to the pool and large jacuzzi, which holds up to 12
people. A short walk away is the beach.

Dolphin watching, swimming, horseback riding, sailing, fishing,
windsurfing, snorkeling, etc are just some of the many activities
one can do while at South Padre Island.

Daily rate runs from $75 to $150 per day, depending on the season.
Minimum stay is 3 days, but is negotiable. Rental for the month or
several months is available as well, and that is a separate rate.
There is also a $50 cleaning fee to be paid upon departure, which is
paid in cash and left on kitchen counter. Please contact me for more
