These are recently  renovated and stylishly furnished, large( 450 sq. feet), 
loft studio apartment  in the East Village.   The
neighborhood is known for its restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee
shops/tea houses & hip boutiques and shopping.
Walking distance to New York University, Cooper Union, Greenwich
Village, Soho, Nolita, Chinatown & the Lower East Side. Walking distance to subway and Tompkins Square Park.

The flat is a  large and spacious loft style studio.  The 450 square foot space features a separate kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen is outfitted with all major
appliances (dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker) and is fully equipped
with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. It is  newly
renovated with oak hardwood flooing,  clean & modern bathrooms which contain a tub/shower.  The apartment has a  full sized bed with a sofa which opens up into a day bed and can accomodate 4 tenants.     Amenities include cable tv, cd player/stero, dvd player, telephone (for local calls only) and wireless internet service.

 This is a true Manhattan neighborhood with its'  own character, distinct feel and vibe.  

Pkease inquire about monthly rates -- rates may vary per time of year.   

A deposit is due upon booking. Space reservation will
not be confirmed until deposit is received ( either cashiers check or
money order.) - $50.00 cleaning fee

Remainder of balance is due upon start of tenancy. Non smoking and no pets allowed.
