Vacation Rental Description

This large (over 1,210 square feet), privately owned condo is 
situated on the golf course at the exclusive gated Desert Princess 
Country Club.
 
The unit is arranged with double master suites -- each with its own 
modern tiled attached bath. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the 
other has two full-size double beds. Both have huge walk-in closets. 

The living room is nicely decorated, and has plush and ample 
seating, an entertainment center, and a small bar. Dine in the 
spacious but cozy kitchen, at the mirrored bar, or "al fresco" on 
the private covered patio directly overlooking the swimming pool and 
spa. 

Amenities include telephone (good for all the US and Canada), 
refrigerated central air-conditioning, three cable TVs, a VCR, 
stereo, and a CD player, 

The full kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice 
maker, cooking utensils, and complete dinner and cookware. Linens 
and robes are provided. Inside the unit there is a washer and dryer 
for your use. 

The private covered patio with barbecue also has furniture for 
outdoor dining. There is a jacuzzi (shared), swimming pool (shared), 
and an enclosed garage with remote. 

Play reduced fee golf on the 27-hole country club course or the two 
associated courses. There are over 120 other courses in the Palm 
Springs area. And a number of Las Vegas-style casinos are within 
minutes. Shop on world-famous Palm Canyon Drive or the El Paseo in 
Palm Desert. Both are only minutes away. 

On-site or nearby activities include hiking, rock climbing, biking, 
golfing, tennis, racquetball, a fitness center, wildlife viewing, 
horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, 
museums, sightseeing, and swimming. 

Pets are not allowed. This is strictly a no smoking property.
