Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the island lifestyle in our beautiful canal front home. We 
offer a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home located on a cul-de-sac 
street. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with year round 
residents. There is a heated pool and sunken spa in the lanai. Our 
home offers 2,000 sq feet of living space with catherdral celings and 
three sets of patio doors that open and disappear in to the walls 
offering excellent wide water views. The master bedroom has access 
directly to the pool area and plenty of closet space. Our home is 
located only 2 miles from two of Marco Island's beautiful public 
beaches which offer convenient parking, restaurants, and bathrooms 
and a children's play area.

Activities and Attractions

Shelling, snorkeling, dive trips, boat rental excursions, great 
dining are just some of the things you can find to do on Marco 
Island. Beautiful water, white sand beaches, excellent sunsets on the 
beach, beautiful sun rises from our linai. Travel to Goodland for 
fishing, dining, or to party. Golf courses on and off the island near 
Naples. A local YMCA with tennis courts. Plenty of shopping right on 
the Island and more off the Island in Naples (20-30 minutes away). 
Also 90 miles to Miami,(Alligator Alley), and 45 minutes to Fort 
Meyers.

Rates will vary depending on the season.
    Non-Peak season (April 26 - December 20)
                     $1075  weekly
                     $2195 bi-weekly
    Peak season      (January 3 - April 26)
                     $2050 weekly
OFF SEASON SPECIAL - $875 FOR SEPTEMBER and October WEEKLY RATE
    10% FL tax not included
    $45.00 non-refundable insurance fee
