Vacation Rental Description

Bordering the Saguaro National Park this historic casita was built 
in the 40's and  totally renovated in 2000.  Decorated with western 
antiques and luxury furnishings you can step into the past and take 
the comfort of today with you. Endless trails throughout the 
national park are right outside your door. A private heated spa and 
a campfire make for fabulous nights under the stars.  Located on 3 
acres of beautiful desert, rich in wildlife at the base of Safford 
Peak in the Tucson Mountains, yet only a few minutes to great 
dining, shopping and golf. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is used by the owners as their Arizona getaway and makes 
for a warmer and more personal experience than the ususal sterile 
rental.  A completely equipped kitchen,luxury bedding,vintage 
western art hung on 18" thick adobe walls. Spa, gas grill, 
comfortable patio living, washer/dryer, DVD, satellite TV, phone, 
FAX,CD,AC/gas heat. Queen bed in master, two twins in second 
bedroom.  Queen sofa sleeper.   

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, biking, horseback riding. Golf,tennis,art galleries,Mt. 
Lemmon skiing, birdwatching in Madera Canyon, Sonora Desert Museum, 
Charchner Caverns, Border shopping in Nogales,Mexico, beach resorts 
in Puerto Penasco,Mexico. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rate $4,000
Weekly rate  $1,200
Daily rate   $225 for less than a week's stay w/ 4 night minimum
Add on days  $200 to extend beyond weekly or monthly stay

$200 fully refundable damage deposit  
All payments by cashier's check or money orders.  Sorry, no credit 
cards.  

Reservation deposit of 50% of rental rate can be refunded if 
cancellation is within appropriate time limits.
