a large great room which is perfect for a large family or group
vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private
bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom
has 2 full size beds; sleeps 6-8 total. The home is located near
shopping and a variety of restaurants and entertainment.

To all rates, add a state/local tax of 12.5% and a one time cleaning
fee of $90.00. A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required in
advance to hold the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior
to arrival. Paypal is an available payment option for an additional
3%.
