This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is directly on an 800 feet
private, white, soft, sandy beach at Siesta Key, known as the best
beach in Florida and the world! Relax in this beautiful second floor
beach front condominium and enjoy the fantastic gulf views from the
screened balcony with the beach directly below you and just beyond
your own private pool. It is not unusual to be able to watch dolphins
swim by in the gulf from the balcony. Siesta Key is famous for its
soft, white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury
and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun.
This two-bedroom condominium is very nicely furnished with all the
necessary comfortable amenities. The master bedroom has a king bed
(convertible to 2 twins), the second bedroom has two twin beds, the
dining room has a table with 6 chairs. Included are two remote
control TVs, a DVD, air-conditioning, telephone, an
answering machine, all linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen
has all the conveniences of home, everything
from corkscrew to blender to refrigerator with ice maker and all
necessary dishes, pots and pans. A laundry room is located just a few
steps away near the elevator. Your private pool is 1 floor down
and directly on the beach. This unit is non smoking and no pets
allowed.
Park your car in the shade of your own covered parking space and
enjoy the many sun drenched days and star filled nights. Spend a
leisurely day on a lounge chair set for you on the beach or by the
pool. Stroll along the white powdery sand beach or walk 2 blocks to
the Village of Siesta Key and enjoy the shops, cafes and wonderful

Rental rates, taxes not included: (2 months minimum rental required
by Condo Association)
January, February and March - $4,400 per month ($4,000 per month for
all 3 consecutive months).
December and April - $4,000 per month.
May $3,500, June, October and November - $3,000 per month

 July, August and September - $2,500 per month.  Longer term rentals May through November negotiable.

All Florida rentals require an additional 11% Tax for rentals
of 6 months or less.

 $2,000 down payment due upon signing; First month rental plus $2,000 security deposit (using initial signing payment) due 30 days before entry (refundable within 30 days of exting), $180 termination cleaning fee, A Lease Application along with a $100 processing fee is required of all first time leasors and will be submitted with a copy of the lease for prior Board approval.

Basic TV ,water and sewage included, Internet and High Speed internet cable available at an additional cost. Local telephone included with Long Distance tolls extra; Water and sewage included, electricity and all other extras additional and billed monthly. After the lease signing deposit and/or initial down payment there are no cancellations allowed; if the Owner and/or Renter can find another Acceptable Renter for the agreed rental period and amounts then the amounts due from original Renter will be reduced and the amounts received will be reduced/refunded up to the amounts agreed by the Acceptable Renter.
