This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is directly on an 800 feet  
private, white, soft, sandy beach at Siesta Key, known as the best  
beach in Florida! Relax in this beautiful second floor beach front condominium and enjoy the fantastic gulf views from the screened balcony with the beach directly below you and just beyond your own private pool. It’s not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf from the balcony. Siesta Key is famous for its soft, white sand (voted the best National beach in 2012). Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. 
 
The condominium is very nicely furnished with all the necessary comfortable amenities. The master bedroom has a king bed(convertible to 2 twins), the second bedroom has two twin beds, the living room has a pullout sofa that sleeps 1.  The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. Included are two remote control TVs and a DVD, air-conditioning, linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home, everything from corkscrew to blender to refrigerator with ice maker and all necessary dishes, pots and pans. A laundry room is located just a few steps away near the elevator.  Your private pool is 1 floor down and directly on the beach. This unit is non smoking and no pets allowed. 
 
Park your car in the shade of your own covered parking space and enjoy the many sun drenched days and star filled nights. Spend a leisurely day on a lounge chair set for you on the beach or by the pool. Stroll along the white powdery sand beach or walk 2 blocks to the Village of Siesta Key and enjoy the shops, cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you want to leave Siesta Key, you will find many golf courses, theatres, museums, galleries and restaurants in Sarasota to enjoy. And don’t miss the breathtaking sunsets.

Any 2 months in Season - $5,200 per month. 
Any 3 consecutive months in season - $4,900 per month.

Any 4 consecutive months in Season - $4,600 per month.

Any 5 or 6 consecutive months in season - $4,200 per month.  

May $3,500, June and October - $2,500 per month,  
July through August $600 per consecutive weeks (8 weeks minimum).

Annual rental $2,100 per month with additional security deposit. 

All Florida rentals require an additional 12% State Tax for rentals of 6 months or less, $4,000 binding payment due upon signing; First and Last month rental in addition to binding deposit (which becomes the security deposit)due 90 days before entry (security refundable within 30 days of exiting), $180 termination cleaning fee due 2 weeks before exiting, A Lease Application along with a $100 processing fee is required of all first time leasers and will be submitted with a copy of the lease for prior Board approval. Basic TV included, HD TV and High Speed internet cable available at an additional cost (initial activation fee plus monthly cost on a monthly basis). Local telephone extra but included in 3 or more consecutive months rental with Long Distance tolls extra; all extras billed monthly. Utilities additional, billed monthly. After the lease signing and binding deposit payment there are no cancellations allowed; if the Owner and/or Renter can find another Acceptable Renter for the agreed rental period and amounts, then the amounts due from original Renter will be refunded up to the amounts agreed in the original contract.
