large master bedroom suite, complete with it's own bathroom (tub and 
separate shower) and walk-in closet.  Open floor plan consists of a 
large living room, dining area, kitchen with bar and half bath. 
Living room features very comfortable pull out couch that sleeps 
two. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and cook all meals. Also 
includes washer and dryer.   Assigned parking space in parking 
garage or park in outdoor lot for easy access.  Enjoy a quick walk 
across the street to the beach, walk to the river along the scenic 
estuary or just relax on the balcony and watch the dolphin and

Harbour Village is a recently developed upscale golf and yacht club

with state of the art equipment, billiards room and restaurant bar 
and grill.  Just a quick walk across the street is the Atlantic 
Ocean and some of the best white sand beaches in Florida.  The 
resort includes a 107 acre conservation area with elevated walkways 
leading you to a private fishing pier on the Halifax River 
(intracoastal).

January, February, March:  $2100/month
April thru December:  $1700/month

Rentals are on a per month basis. Rates are negotiable for multi 
month rentals.

Rates do not include 12.5% tax for leases under six months.
