This large, beautiful, beach front home has the best ocean views in
Sea Isle! Ocean front views from the master bedroom, the living room,
the dining room, 2 decks and the kitchen. There are wonderful bay
views from another bedroom and a balcony facing the bay perfect for
watching the sunset. See the photos that show the view. Located at
23rd and Landis Ave, this is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom carpeted
and furnished home. It has plenty of parking on site. This unit is
equipped with a very large refrigerator/freezer, movies, books and
games. There are 3 TVs, but the views are much better than the stuff
on TV! Three bedrooms have king beds one bedroom has a double / twin
bunk bed. You provide your own linens and towels, but the kitchen is
very well stocked with cookware, plenty of glassware, dishes,
silverware, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, answering machine,
and trash compactor and wireless internet. Don't forget to bring your
spices and condiments. There is an outside private shower with hot
water. The home is 10 feet from a beautiful beach. No obstructed
views. There is no street between our house and the beach. (Some
beachfront homes are across the street from the beach). The beach on
the block next to ours is a sailing beach so you can sit on the decks
and watch the catamarans go out into the ocean. There is a large
table on the deck for great evening meals or special breakfast meals.
Deck chairs on all 4 decks. Great, great shore rental! Look at the

Boradwalk, and the Ocean City Boardwalk. 30 minutes to Atlantic
City.
