September - October: 	$1000/ week, $3500/ month 
November – March:	         $1200/ week, $4200/ month 
April - May:		$1000/ week, $3500/ month 
June – August:	         $ 800/ week, $2800/ month 
FBR Week:          	$2500  Jan. 27 – Feb. 3

$500 security deposit (refundable) 
$1000 security deposit for FBR Week (refundable) 
Additional pet deposit may apply. 
$125 cleaning fee (collected at move in) 
Weekly maid service is available for $125/week

50% Deposit at time of reservation if greater than 14 days prior to  
arrival.   
Full Balance due 14 days prior to arrival or upon reservation if  
less than 14 days.  
 
Cancellation Policy:   
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation made at least 30 prior  
to reservation arrival date. 50% of deposit is refundable if  
cancellation made at least 14 days but less than 30 days prior to  
arrival date. Deposit non-refundable if cancellation made less than  
14 days prior to arrival date.
