bedroom with cable provided. Bedrooms are presently set up with
1 king bed, 1 queen. King can be converted to twins. Two fully
equipped baths with showers and tubs. Large ocean view porch
with table and chairs. There is also a balcony overlooking the
parking lot on both levels.

All towels and linens included, many extra amenities.

$250 security deposit due within 5 days of verbal agreement to rent.
Full refund of the security deposit if cancellation in writing is
received prior to 30 days of occupancy. No refund will be provided
if less than 30 days cancellation notice. Please note cancellation
must be in writing. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
Security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure if
unit is left in the same condition as arrival.
$65 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida tourism taxes will be applied.

In House washer/dryer, private single garage. Beach chairs, boogie
boards, beach toys in garage. Kitchen has dishwasher, most small
appliances including blender, waffle iron, microwave, toaster/broiler
oven, ice chipper, etc. Iron available. Three TVs, a VCR/DVD, two
radio/CD players, alarm clocks. Convenience store/gas station nearby.

Beautiful private, no drive beach, Daytona International Speedway,
50 miles from St. Augustine, deep sea fishing, 70 miles from Disney
World and Universal Studios. Excellent central Florida location.
