Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful villa fully furnished 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom and equipped 
with a modern fully fitted kitchen, This is a single storey villa, 
with space for up to 10 adults. Our villa is situated on top of the 
400-acre Lake Davenport, neighboring Disney World in Florida. This 
quiet community can be found on Highway 27 just south of Highway 192. 
The location provides quick and easy access to Orlando and Tampa 
airports as well as Disney World (15 minutes) and all the famous 
attractions of central Florida. The villa comes with a private heated 
swimming pool and double garage. The private, screened swimming pool, 
measuring 15x30ft features a large floodlit deck. The Master Bedroom 
has an en-suite shower, queen sized bed, a walk in closet providing 
plenty of storage area for clothing and other items, a work desk with 
telephone, large screen television. It also features its own doorway 
to the pool area - perfect for those early morning swims. The Guest 
Master Bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed. The third and 
fourth bedroom house two twin beds, add the double-sofa bed in the 
lounge and 10 people can be easily and comfortably accommodation for 
the period of your stay. All areas of the villa are decorated in true 
Floridian style; with ceiling fans and vaulted ceiling. All linen and 
towels are included, hairdryers and clock radios Our villa has a 
Splendid modern kitchen fully equipped with a breakfast room and 
appliances, all cookware and utensils are provided. We also have full 
laundry facilities for your convenience.

Activities and Attractions

There is a small gas station, shop and Subway Sandwich Bar, Barber & 
Beauty Salon all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes 
community. One mile north there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix 
supermarkets and the newly completed 24hr Wal-Mart superstore. There 
is also a Publix recently opened to the south in Berry Town Center at 
Sand Mine Road and is only half a mile away. Within a short drive you 
will find all the popular eating places, bars, restaurants either on 
Hwy 27(towards I-4) or located on Hwy192 (towards Kissimmee).
You are close to all the major attractions, 15 minutes to Disney. 
There’s an excellent golfing facilities nearby at Polo Park, just 
opposite for all levels of players. Many other golf courses are 
available and within 15 minutes drive, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood 
Lakes, Southern Dunes, Diamondback, Kings Ridge Celebration and 
Champion Gate. The most outstanding feature has to be Lake Davenport 
itself, which stretches for 400 acres accessible by our private 
entrance to the slipway, docks and quay, where you can sit and fish 
or just watch the day go by in total relaxation. Tampa about an hours 
drive (Busch Gardens) East coast and Kennedy Space Center also within 
easy reach.
