Vacation Rental Description

              
Our newly renovated Condo is located in "Ocean Village", a lush,
beautifully maintained "Gated ~ Ocean Front Community" on the North 
end of South Hutchinson Island.  
A true Resort Community with all ammenities !

2bdrm/2bath, 3rd. fl. (4 fl.-elevator bldg.), fully equipped for your confort,
airconditioned, w/screened balcony, eastern exposure, beautiful view overlooking 
pond, and short walk to beach, golf, tennis ... everything!

We are right next door to 1 of the 3 pools available for your 
enjoyment on the property.

Master Suite, has King Bed, TV, private bath w/extra sink + dressing area.
2nd. Bedroom has 2 twin beds & TV.
This layout was designed for privacy.

There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, kitchen, Dining room and on the
screened balcony.

Everything is fresly painted, and newly decorated.

All new Mattress', Linens, Towels, Pillows, Pots & Pans, Dishes, 
Glasses, Flatware, Kitchen Utensils, 2 TV's, DVD/CD/Tape/AM/FM Radio,
VCR, Alarm Clock Radios in Bedrooms,Electric Kitchen Range, 
Microwave and Clothes Washer/Dryer.

The Dining Set and Barstools are also new, and you will love 
relaxing and putting your feet up in the easy chair w/ottoman.

Condo is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 
electric range, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, 
electric juicer, garbage disposal and nice new
side-by-side refrigerator.

Just bring your Bathing Suit, Golf Clubs & Tennis Racket !!

There are also a hair dryers in both baths & the Master-suite also has
a curling iron for your use.

We have beach towels and beach chairs available for your convenience!


It is a very comfortable, bright and cheery unit.  A nice place to 
be!  Its not just a 'rental place'...its 'our home'.

             ~~  2 Week Minimum Rental Required

Rates vary according to Dates and Length of Stay.

             ~~  Discounts given for rentals over 30 days.

       ~  $250 Security Deposit - Refundable ~
           
Note:  Prices are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
       
       Deposits must be received within 10 days after      
       receipt of Rental Agreement or reservation will cancelled. 

       Money Order, Bank Checks or Personal Check Accepted.

       (for last minute rentals we must ask for Bank Checks
       or Money Orders for full payment......

       Key's will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.

       Sorry, we cannot accept Credit Cards)

       Final Payment due 60 days prior to Arrival.
